INSURANCE POLICY
We are able to work with PPO insurances and are In-Network with Delta Dental of CA Premier
No Insurance? No Problem. Ask about our Annual In House Membership
We also work with Care Credit for patients that would like to break their cost into monthly payments. It is easy to apply and you receive a decision right away so you can proceed with your visit promptly.
FINANCIAL POLICY
We are happy to bill your insurance on your behalf to help you maximize your benefits. Anything the insurance does not cover or pay, the patient is fully responsible for at the time of service.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment for estimated copayments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice (two business days) to avoid a charge for failed appointments/late cancellations ($75 per scheduled hour of treatment time).
